Overwhelmed by Stress: My Stomach is Crying for Help

I think stress is what made my gastritis start. I was maxed out right before the pandemic hit. Then the pandemic happened it I took me over a month to get into the doc to be diagnosed with gastritis. Less stress helped me. Working out, eating healthy and meditation is helping me a ton.
