I’m 27 and genderfluid, married and currently have a 9month old baby girl with another on the way. I’m an open book so ask any questions you have and I’ll be sure to answer them as honestly as I can. I’m not on any meds currently but I know I should be. What has worked for you?

@Ari Tbh most days I work and then come home and play video games most of the time. I still do most of the stuff around the house and I’m not gonna lie at times it is very stressful and I should probably be on meds. It’s definitely a take-it-one-day-at-a-time kind of thing.

Oh @Bridge I’m not the pregnant one but they have meds you can take that are pregnancy safe. Just talk to your doctor about it so you can make sure you’re still taken care of. She says it takes some time for the drugs to work out of your system but after a month or two the anxiety and stuff comes back. She said the best thing to do is work on your coping skills and stuff that helps you feel better. Ie: showers, coloring, whatever hobbies you have

I’m glad you aren’t taking medication while pregnant. I’m quite a few years away from being at the point of having kids, but I’m honestly scared about going off of my medication. Have you taken meds before and if so, how was stopping?

How are you functioning with that level of responsibility? I’m not on meds either. Do you have a routine that helps you conquer the day?
