If it’s cancerous it shouldn’t go away but it also shouldn’t be crucial to treat within days. Fact check me on that I don’t wanna be accountable 😂 but I would say nothing should change by waiting a week if it’s cancerous, and it should go away a little if it’s a canker sore. See if it heals at all, and if not, then start to get it looked into.
