how do y’all deal with splitting? i’m in almost hysterics and completely alone right now. any tips or coping skills that have helped you? i’m lost and alone :/

Write everything down. Just stream of consciousness rambling. I was going through this a LOT a few months ago. Just write it all down, and then leave it all on the paper, come back to it later, it will still be there. Just breathe, slow breaths (box breathing works for me a lot of the time - 4 in, 4 hold, 4 out, 4 hold) and do something that makes you happy. Do something for yourself, that you control. A shower, coloring (helped me a LOT to just sit down with colored pencils and a coloring book), a walk, music, cook something if you enjoy cooking. Whatever makes you happy. Focus your thoughts on something positive and remind yourself that nothing is absolute, nothing is set in stone. Ground yourself and just focus on you, focus on your body, your breathing, your eyelids, your toes, your lungs, your heart, your muscles. If you need to talk, please feel free to message me.
