Does anyone else have a fear of getting sick. Like I will not eat food that could possibly give me food poisoning and I’m always worried that I’m going to get sick.

YEAH OH MY GOD and I also have sever chronic illnesses so it is just rlly unfortunate for my anxiety all the time 😭🙏 and it worsened my panic disorder/agoraphobia symptoms when my health went downhill cause I didn't wanna be sick out of the house . Society 👎👎

yes fr. not specifically with eating for me but I am afraid to do anything that might make my pain worse
