How can I maintain productivity and basic motivation when I am constantly ready to nap? Are there better ways to wake up, for me it is really hard?

I absolutely agree with the suggestion of music! I find it helps me tremendously especially if what I need to get done is pretty dull it helps me not just pass out. I used to rely on coffee more but I don’t think it actually keeps me very awake anymore haha. I think it’s more of a habit or a placebo but who knows

I try to exercise at least 4 times a week, and I feel very refreshed and awake after any exercise. I strongly recommend it

I try to do something that will keep me awake while doing the things I need to do. For example, listening to music helps me stay more awake. Also, taking breaks to go for a walk around the house helps. It is still difficult though
