i finally realized that i needed to go to rehab and go through treatment for my substance use issues. i started a php program this week and i really am happy that i’m going. the only problem is when i get home i just can’t control myself and start to use. i get really mad at myself when i do but i just can’t control myself and end up doing it anyway. i’m starting to think i’m never going to be able to be sober because i can’t even stop when i’m getting help from other people
