i am trying to improve. I am trying to workout, do skin care, shower, and more but i can’t seem to stay consistent. I do it for one day and fail. I don’t know what to do.

Don’t think of it as pass/fail- you get up every day and do your best with what you have that day. What reasons do you have for not being able to follow through? Work through them one at a time so you can squash them one by one :)

Hi Sabri, I'm sorry it's so tough to get your new habits going! I know it's a lot of work from personal experience. What has helped me is to pick one thing, and work on that until it's a habit (at least 8 weeks), then to pick then next thing and repeat. Hope that helps!
