Does anyone else have that irrational paranoia that some stranger in public is reading your thoughts? When I get like that, I start screaming as loud as I can in my head. Do y’all do that?

When I was in middle school I was legitimately terrified that the boy I had a crush on knew I was imagining him rail me lmao I’ll show myself out

Nobody can actually read your thoughts but they can read your actions and make assumptions based on their observations. So don't be predictable or they'll know your every move.

My paranoid thoughts are always, people are taking about you and hate you. This is when my symptoms are bad. But I'll hear people taking quietly and my thoughts are they are definitely talking about how terrible I am. Im sorry you experience this!

I do this a lot in class! I think it technically can be a form of intrusive thoughts.
