swimming. if you have any type of arthritis, muscle pain or joint pain. swimming is the best way to work out. they have all sorts of works you can do in a pool and the water makes working out easier on your joints while still being effective.

I found some really low intensity calisthenics that have helped me a lot! It gets you working out without the pain, and can help you gradually become more flexible and less stiff. Highly recommend! (I found them under “plus size workouts” on YouTube!)
