I am on Spironalactone as part of my treatment for HS and it has really reduced my flares. I’m currently trying to conceive and know that I will have to go off of it when pregnant. I’m really nervous that this will cause my flares to spike! I know I’ll still be able to use some of my topical medicines but am definitely nervous.
