Anyone have shakiness, trembling or hand tremors as a symptoms alongside their anxiety. If so how do you manage them? It really bothers me. I also think the Prozac I take FOR anxiety has made this particular symptom worse.

@HCG2021 I’m sensitive to EVERYTHING and it doesn’t do that to me at all. I don’t feel anything when I chew one in the morning. (Don’t take at night just in case). I just feel less weak and shaky. It helps your cells. New growth. Etc. nervous system- which in our case, is extremely important 🤗

And weakness
@Sheshe4 I could try that. I’ve always been hesitant with B vitamins because they can increase energy and awakens. So I’m always worried it will give me jitters or make things worse. But I should just try it. Magnesium has helped before too.
I get tremors while having a panic attack and am basically sore the whole next day from it. It’s exhausting! But I know it’s harder done than to just say it, but just know that the panic you’re having in that moment WILL go away. Almost roll your eyes at it. Something that helps me ALOT when I go to doctors appnts and stuff, because I get extremely nervous with heart palpitations, is a breathing app I found called “Breathwrk”. This helps me a lot. They walk you thru different types of breathing for different situations. There’s a PANIC one. A CALMING one. SLEEP one. It helps. It’s free for most of it. I don’t like to take meds because I’m super sensitive to them.
@Sheshe4 thanks for your reply, often I wake up shaking like crazy. Guess it’s an anxiety attack in your sleep. I have GAD in addition to Panic attacks. So sometimes it’s a really intense panic attack but usually it’s more like 4/5 hr long escalations in anxiety. And have been having that on and off for last 2 months.
@HCG2021 I wake up shaking, too sometimes. I always wondered why. I guess it is panic in our sleep, like you said. I was having attacks baddddd for a lil while. It’s like mine come in strides. Then I’m good for a while. Do you take multivitamins? They say B12 is very very very very important for people like us that have panic attacks. The doctor told me that it takes a lot out of us and it drains our b12. I take a b12 chewy a few times a week. I’ve noticed it helps a lot with trembling.
