      I take colace to prevent it. Sometimes I think I don't need it and stop it then end up constipated for weeks because it takes a while to work. Works great though so I think I'll stay on it from now on. I also find probiotics help.

      I also noticed that having a stool to put your feet up on while on the toilet helps to open up the bowels :)

      Once in a while a take linzess which was prescribed to me, it’s a strong laxative. Otherwise I use miralax powder that dissolves una cup of water if it’s not too bad!

      Ive been on miralax when I’m super backed up and have been taking citrucel daily which kinda helps. My pelvic floor PT recommended dulcolax stool softener (non stimulant) which I’m gonna try!

      Hey I have it and have all my life I don’t think you can exactly get rid of it but you can treat it personally I have been taking miralax for years and it’s worked for me with little to no side effects try some long term laxatives abs increase fiber in your diet
