New to app! 42 year old getting closer to having to stop working. Scared to stop and to start the process of disability. Not ready at 42. I’ve been blessed with no frequent ER trips. Most of them were before my actual diagnosis. Meds have helped with the flares but the filling of constant exhaustion, pain, and dizziness never go away. Looking for tips on staying active and busy while not working. I have little mobility and Covid has ruined my ability to exhaust myself. Constant shortness of breath and lung inflammation due to Covid.
