How does everyone cope with multiple breakdowns in one day but you’re not diagnosed bipolar?

@YellowEeyore23 oh!! Okay! I must have missed that 🙌 💕 💕 like alot of others saying. Distractions. Stuff that makes me the most happy you can be while waiting it out 😥

you create something like an sos bad day plan, Anxiety plan, panic attack plan. I was using wysa app to keep track of it but after getting frustrated with wysa I found mindshift and keep my sos bad day plan in the journal section but you can also just as easily make a note on your phone and/or computer. Life Anchors: Things that give me hope and meaning. Friendly Places: Places that make me feel safe. Support network: people or communities (such as Alike) I can call for help and make me feel safe or helplines you can call. Activities: Things that ground you, calm you down that you can do by yourself. Warning signs: things that make me feel like I can not cope

@Katharina it doesn’t occur in people that have Major Depressive Disorder and I have MDD but thanks for the suggestion :)

Distractions, music, video games, talking about it with people who understand, Journaling about it, rubbing a soothing stone, wearing my crystal necklace, going going walks, being around animals.... coping skills, coping mechanisms

@KittyRosa what if no one understands though? What if I loose sight of those coping mechanisms and my brain just farts
