With my hEDS flares turmeric supplements with black pepper eases the pain. Turmeric targets imflammation but you need to take it with pepper or something fatty to absorb it. I usually take around 1000mg and my pain will be gone for a few hours.

Oh that sounds awesome when u say pepper do u mean the seasoning like salt and pepper or?
Glucosamine !
Well that would work if i didn’t already have to much 😬😅 but i will try the mint thing
collagen is supposed to help strengthen joints i believe. it comes in a few different forms but for me the pill kind is easiest, but there's also powders that you mix in w your drinks. my advice with the powder tho is that you have to have with a *warm/hot drink* not a cold one, it clumps up and turns into a weird sticky texture and it just doesn't mix well.
If I remember correctly, mint applied to the skin can reduce pain
