If you take Metformin for PCOS, what is your dosage? My dr just prescribed me 500mg of the extended release tablet and has instructed me to take them two at a time with dinner. I’ve heard of taking twice a day (one in the morning and one at night), but I never heard of taking two at the same time. Is that normal?

I take mine for PCOS and diabetes and I do the same as you but I have never heard someone take both in the morning or at night
@Bonn22 so you take yours at the same time in the evening too?
