Struggling with Emotional Control and Dissociation

AAAA WHILE READING THE SYMPTOMS OF THIS I GOT SO OVERWHELMED CAUSE I RELATED TO EVERYTHING. sometimes my emotions are so out of control BUT OTHER TIMES I DONT FEEL ANYTHING. i went through a year of having dull emotions, nothing felt as bright anymore (went with sadness anger and happiness). this whole message is just rambling imma talk to my therapist about it tomorrow and oh jeez maybe i can actually figure out if a disorder is causing my dissociation.
