My Anxiety is a bitch! It’s like a loop of consistent bad things that can happen and then my ocd kicks in because I obsess over it. I joined a virtual support group and attended a few meetings. I would love to speak but hate being vulnerable and don’t want to be judged, or feel embarrassed or any other emotion. I just sit and listen which can be therapeutic knowing I’m not alone but I wanna speak up too. Hopefully I’ll get over my fear but I just wanted to vent thanks for reading 🙂

I understand because I go through the exact same thing. Have you ever tried ERP (exposure and response prevention) therapy?

Maybe that's what I honestly need
Yes it most definitely is the worst. I am always praying for God to get me through each day and i have a wonderful friend who I can talk and pray with and understands. A lot of people just wouldn't. It is hard and I feel your pain. Some days i just feel like giving up but i can't and we can't.

I feel you I'm the same way I tend to start to overthink and then I don't wanna talk even if it's something that really bothers me. You don't have to tell your whole story at once. Just start off with small things like how you are feeling at the moment, you don't have explain the feeling but try to put it out of you system. We get through together, don't worry.❤️
