What to Expect from a Hysteroscopy & D&C Procedure for Endometrial Hyperplasia?

I have complex endometrial hyperplasia without Atypia. I’m getting a Hysteroscopy & D&C procedure tomorrow/ been bleeding for 3 weeks now and want to know what to expect from this procedure? I hope it will work. Anyone else gone through this? I’m also on Medroxyprogesterone as well.

      I had the same procedure back in April. Been bleeding since then. My obgyn prescribed me medroxyprogesterone. The meds haven't been working. He told me the next step maybe a hysterectomy. Mind you I am 35 years old. I am looking for second opinions before I make the final decision. But every one is different.

      The oncologist did mention the IUD as one of treatment if hormone therapy works but i think hysterectomy is the best way to go- it has given me so much problems

      Yes it wasn’t so bad. Just found out I have uterine cancer stage 1A
