what are some coping mechanisms you have that are considered “unorthodox” especially according to therapists/psychiatrists? personally, i isolate myself from everyone and sleep a lot. i find it’s the most effective way for me to cope with my depression.

      😥😥 I pretty much isolate myself. I'm in bed 90% of the time.

      I have bad things I do which I'm sure u Dan guess if not it begins with S . Other than that I also isolate myself from people and don't talk to people I also go on midnight walks alone for hours which isn't good being afab or I just go completely mute for ages and become super impulsive
