I’ve got myself so far behind on college work and really stressing I’m not gonna be able to catch up properly, I just feel like giving up but that’s what I always do so wanna try and fight it, any tips on catching up?

I think one of the best things you can do is reach out to your professors and let them know what's going on if you haven't already. You don't need to be specific but if you tell them you're struggling to keep up a majority will try their best to help you because they want you to succeed and be healthy while you do it. Talk to the academic/student support center and see if they can help you, too. There are measures in place to help folks but they can't help you if they don't know you're struggling instead of just ignoring classwork because you don't want to do it You're not alone, I'm also falling behind this semester! My mental and physical health have just been Bad. Making a list of things I need to do is helpful for me even down to simple tasks like showering and going to class - being able to cross things off makes me feel accomplished lol. Having accommodations and communicating with my profs takes a lot of stress off as well (unfortunately not all of it) I hope you find something that works for you! Feel free to message me about it if you'd like

I recommend to my clients to talk to their professors but also to write down the assignments that are missed and then pick 3-5 (depending on what currently feels manageable) per day/two days to focus on. Some like to just go down the list but I had one who wrote them on little slips and then picked them at random from a jar

Your not alone and you will manage some how but reach out to your lecturer.
