How do I ensure that I don’t wake up with abdominal discomfort from Air getting into my stomach? I’m using nose pillows and on night 2 of using chin strap and I’m still waking up 2/3 times a night

I am using the nose pillows now yes. I used full face for a few days because I am a mouth breather, but I’m having to switch back because of the discomfort. So trying to find ways now to keep my mouth closed and use nose mask (chin strap, mouth tape, etc.)
Are you using the kind that goes up your nose? I didn’t have the problem with swallowing air, but I did find the kind that goes over your whole nose is more comfortable.
