I always find that when I can't get out of bed, eating a food that comforts me (I usually go for cookies and milk lol) and watching something funny/comforting while I'm stuck in bed can help. It's all about finding what helps you raise your mood a bit and using it to pull yourself out of bed, but remembering that it is okay to have a day where you stay in bed! Sometimes you just need a day to rest and soothe yourself with all of the things that make you happy.

Trying out new random hobbies. Even the ones I'd never go for usually. It always helps to have something to look forward to and be excited about.
@finncuiss One thing that I do to help with my depression is to talk with others. It greatly helps when I express how I feel and how others make me feel. Another piece of advice I've gotten from a great counselor is to go outside and stick your feet in the grass. It helps to ground you with the earth and the feeling of the sun also helps
