You can do vent art, and journal out your feelings. Yell into a pillow, and scream. And you could actually cry. (I relate to this post, btw.)

I like to joke that we cry when we are mad because we remember that killing people for being idiots is illegal and it's quite frustrating. AGAIN COMPLETELY KIDDING anyways, I get it. People are so baffling to the point where I just simply can't comprehend why they are they way they are being and its so frustrating I just can't help but to cry. For me personally, depending on the situation and where I'm at, I'll do something different. I might just immediately look up stuff that cracks me up like memes or clips from podcasts or my favorite YouTube gamers untill I am calm enough to look at what happened with a clearer lense. If I'm not able to do anything like that (say if I'm at work or a public setting where I can't quite escape) then I try to use grounding techniques. I like to do the 54321 for my senses, describing what in particular I'm noticing about my choice. Despite all of that, allow yourself to notice what in particular was said/done, that made you feel a certain way, how you reacted, and how would you like to improve on that. It's also important to accept/let go of the things that are not in your control, and think logically about what IS in your control (look into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [CBT] which is actually very helpful for many aspects of life). "A customer called me __ over something that was out of my control. I was very hurt because __, to the point where I __. What can I do differently next time I notice I'm in that situation? What can I do to keep my emotions leveled so I don't react this way for something like this again?"

Find a place to cry and just release it! Think of it like you’re dumping out all of that negative energy and all of those difficult feelings. I feel like people who don’t cry must have it all built up inside of them. I’m grateful that I can cry it out so easily. 🥲

I can't usually show emotions but sometimes I show the wrong emotion like when something is sad I will laugh at it or sometimes I will cry at something that is supposed to be happy

I used to hate crying but I’ve come to actually like the feeling, I genuinely do feel better once I’ve shed some tears. But anything can make me cry. A great movie score, a good book, humans being good humans, you name it I cry about it 🥲
