I know you've heard this too many times to count - but deep breaths really, REALLY help. (I mean, they help me personally, but I hope they help you too). I also got this app called Finch! It has several breathing techniques, sounds, and even a goals list for you to check off. Its really added a lot of order and healthy habits into my life - and helped me through several anxiety attacks. So I think it may be able to help you too if you give a try 🤗💕
