does anyone else feel like weekly therapy just isn’t enough? i struggle so much, every day, that an hour once a week just doesn’t help at all.

I just started dbt, and I love it. I found that many of my problems come from not being able to cope well. And the talking for a week doesn't give me healthy ways to cope. DBT therapy is incentive-driven, and you can call your councilor when you're having a moment
If you can find an intensive outpatient program near you that could be great!

Totally get that, maybe try checking yourself in someplace or even talking to your therapist about that they usually give you options on how to reduce that feeling at least for me they did
