My lymes disease greatly affects my cognition. Spelling, reading, and talking. But I am a college student.. Has anyone found tips/tools for that?

Hi! I am also in college and have that same issue, along with memory loss. I listen to music to help me focus, and having a good diet and sleep schedule does a lot. I don't know if it's like this for you, but the diet has been changing for me as I go through the treatment. So you may be able to have gluten again sooner than you think. I hope this helps!

Thank you guys! I am on the anti inflammatory diet- no milk or gluten. It helps a ton. Been three weeks and the difference is great.

I find eating less sugar and gluten will help, and trying to have a consistent sleep schedule helps A LOT. I’m in college too and if I ever stay up too late one night it’ll usually mess me up for like a week. Also just making sure I eat three meals with protein and fruits/veggies a day can do a lot of good too.
