How do you deal with the chronic fatigue that comes with these conditions? It’s severely affecting me right now

I honestly don’t know either. I’m so exhausted so often, but I feel guilty resting when everyone around me is still going. My personality is that I’m a hard worker and I take pride in that. And I don’t know how to reconcile those. If I don’t rest, I crash. If I do rest, it often throws me into depression.

The fatigue just comes with it. You have to ride it out and rest. Try doing a little more everyday to build stamina but don’t push it! :)

I absolutely hate the word “flare”!!! I can actually feel that word
I made a career change that allowed me to work from home, as I couldn’t physically sustain my previous job as a dental hygienist. Eliminating the daily travel of a commute has helped a lot in being able to manage tasks of daily living during big fatigue flare ups

Rest I suppose. There’s days when I just feel so tired!!
