PMDD… anyone get days off from work with this?? I thankfully now work from home but I worked after collage for 4 years and I’m curious🤨 Is it considered a disability??

I was able to get a flexible attendance accommodation during my master’s because mine would also come with migraines, but it could be worth asking your doctor about! The emotional symptoms alone can make it so hard to get through the work/school day. The only thing that eventually made me functional was an extended-cycle birth control pill so I could at least try to plan for my worst days to fall on a weekend or lighter day
