I go to therapy every 2-4 weeks. I love my therapist. I don’t always feel like I get something out of it. Does anyone else feel this way? I’m sure I do but I used to actively leave with like things to work on but now it’s not as often that that occurs which maybe I’m “getting better” between my anxiety/depression and ADHD. I hope that makes sense.

I have started emailing my therapist ahead of time with concerns that I have had during the time period so I don’t forget them and we cover them. If you don’t have the email relationship, write things down to make sure you get the most out of it each time. We always forget things in the moment

absolutely. and therapists want to hear this kind of feedback! you should definitely tell them that you feel like you aren't improving with their treatment, & you can work together to create a different strategy. :)

I feel like I’m constantly being told the same thing in therapy. I must not be making progress if every time I go it’s the same conversation.

Definitely share that with the therapist. They'll be understanding. You are allowed to tell them what you need or what you feel you're lacking in treatment.
I feel the same way with my therapist. It’s like things come up and I wish that I could talk to them right then but it passes and I either forget to mention it or it’s more like just a catch up fest. I did start writing things down to bring up though because I have the same: anxiety, depression and adhd so I forget so much. It has helped some with the bigger in going issues if I remember to bring it up.
Tell them this

My last therapist was such a great friend, however it wasn’t any help to my mental issues or anything. Therapy has never helped me and doctors swear I just need to find the right person but even someone I adore as a friend to talk to doesn’t make me feel safe enough to really talk about what’s going on
