Has anyone figured out any supplements or anything that helps with the fatigue that comes with PCOS? I wake up and not even 2 hours later, I'm exhausted and ready for a nap. I feel like everyone just thinks I'm lazy, when in reality, I'm just exhausted. I want to be up and doing things, but I just don't have the energy.

I really struggle with fatigue as well. I’m just starting to try a ton of different supplements that I’ve read about helping with the fatigue and other pcos symptoms, let me know if you want the list!

I also have PCOS & iron deficiency anemia. First two months I felt like crap & my iron levels have only gone up a few numbers so I feel tired throughout the day too. What type of PCOS do you have btw? i heard Ovastiol is pretty good. I bought the scoop container but I haven’t used it yet. I’m currently working with a functional doctor and I did a hormone test. It supposed to test for a lot of things so I’ll let you know how it goes and see what he recommends me taking.

      B12 & D3 - it’s not everything, but it’s quite helpful for me personally 🙂

My mom has had a lot of luck with a natural supplement called endovan.

@monkey1 I am actually. My OB has me on an iron pill, but it hasn't made much difference in my energy unfortunately 😕

@Wanheda07 id ask about a different iron supplement then. I had to try three before I had the right one. If it doesn't work im afraid I have no ideas as my fatigue was from my iron level but hope you find something that helps

I'm in the same boat as you. I feel like I have no energy to even get up and the energy I do have I use it at work. Even then it's exhausting.
