Nobody is listening to me, not psychiatrists, therapists, and doctors, i’m telling them i’m bipolar and am either in depressive episodes or manic episodes and they won’t listen. How do i tell them in my own words?

I understand. I had a few therapists tell me to never "self-diagnose" yourself. Sure enough, I went in to a new doctor, explained my symptoms, spoke for awhile, and got diagnosed with Bipolar 1. For some reason, when I asked what was wrong with me, he just said that my therapist would talk to me about it.

@RR Btw i like my doctor 🙌 hard to tell in text haha
Sounds like you just haven't found the right doctor
I understand this it’s very difficult to get the proper help have you kept track of all your symptoms ?
If they won't listen, It means they're clearly unprofessional. If you are saying that you're going through this, then they should believe it. I'm sorry you're dealing with bad psychiatrists. Try going into more detail about what is going on. They might not have enough proof to show its severe enough to worry about. And if they still refuse, then talk about it to someone more professional :) I'm here to talk if you need to!
