Medication for BPD and Depression

Hi I was diagnosed with EUBPD (I just call it BPD) & Adjustment Disorder by my Psych consultant but for some reason not on meds for it (possibly the job I have & needing to be able to function) just meds for the Depression and Anxiety/Panic attacks for which I take Venlafaxine 337.5mg and Diazepam if I need it. Other meds are for migraines (prevention ones and treatment ones) and then my HRT is ready to start ~ only 38 ~ but the symptoms have messed with my mental health massively & endometrisl biopsy confirmed menopause ~ cyclical inactivity.

Omg that sounds amazing but... I dunno if I could handle that many meds. It might just be me but cause of my bpd. Being on them makes me feel like a Zombie. Like I can't even feel right.

For my intrusive thoughts I am on Anafranil/Clomipramine. For the impulses, trilafon/perphenazine. For depression, Depokote/Divaprolex. Over all the trilafon/perphenazine is what allows me to stay out of the hospital. I rely on it by far the most. I highly recommend trying it.

I used to take Lexapro for depression

I got recommended it highly by someone else with BPD and Depression.

I think I'm on seroquel too. That might just be the US name for Quetiapine I think.

For BPD and my depression im on effexor, lamectal and Seroquel.
