I was diagnosed with bulimia, however lately I been avoiding food all together and only eating when people are making me. For example my aunt, to comfort me, cooked me food and watched me eat it. I ate some to appease her and saved the rest. I feel the hunger, but eating and the thought of eating makes me physically ill. I have a headache, and I'm moody and weak. I wish I could "just eat." the weight loss is not helping me make the right decisions because it's putting it in my head that I'm reaching my goals even though I'm not doing it the right way.

@Lin92 This is kind of the reality we tend to live in. I understand the struggle that you've expressed, it's a constant battle to be frank. I myself had to find ways that worked for me. Honestly I've found it to be helpful to simply remind yourself that you need to keep your body working. Even if its once a day or twice, remember you don't have to force yourself to ear like the normies. Find your favorite foods or snacks, remind yourself your simply fueling your body. If it's hard to do solo have someone sit with you on the phone or in person while you eat. It doesn't have to be alot either, every bite counts. If you start to get distressed remind yourself you're in control and can save some later or encourage yourself over time to take one extra bite this time. Find someone to vent to when you struggle, tell yourself it's okay, don't think you have to fit into normal eating habits, start small. If you ever need some support or to vent my inbox is always open.
