Hey, Recently I haven't been wanting to get out of bed due to these horrible migraines on the right side of my head for days... been extremely stressed out in my relationship but we talked and are starting to get better... yet I overthink and continue to stress out and break down.. @Endlesskittens Thank you so much for posting this, past few days I have been trying hard to think of good memories but recently had a bad fight so ill start over again :)
I’ve been trying to tell my brain that it doesn’t need to worry about things it doesn’t need to worry about. It sucks to feel like you can’t control your own brain. Do some self care. Put a cold face mask on with a comfort show and make sure you relax your shoulders. A lot of people will be tightening their shoulders and neck without realizing it. Giving your mind a a chance to shut off feels really good!

I completely understand relationship stress having a physical toll. I overthink everything and found it helpful to try to overthink about a good part of my relationship and really dissect a good memory. It can help me see how its worth it and instead of fighting not to think gives me something to think about
