Im having a really difficult time with self destruction ideation, like im so stressed about everything and nothing seems to help out, i feel as if the world is crashing and that little voice keeps saying to resort back to SH , i've been clean almost 6 months and i just aaaa yanno? anyone have tips on how to cope or manage this ?

Try to challenge yourself with "okay, I'm not gonna do it for the next half and hour (or whatever amount of time feels easy in the moment)." Then when the half hour is over, try another half hour. Keep challenging yourself in your mind until the urge starts to dissipate a little.

Grounding techniques! I love them. My favorite that's specifical to self destructive behavior is grab a piece of ice and hold it on the area you used to sh, it'll give you a bit of release and it's so much safer. Rubber bands help as well. Along with those employ distractions. Fidgets are great and there are so many options out there. But that's just for your hands, now you also occupy your brain by writing, watching videos, reading, drawing, or doing something else you enjoy. I'm also available in an hour if you need someone to vent to. Sometimes you just need to vent about what's going on to make you feel the urge. Also try an app called Finch. It's so dang cute and has many helpful tools at your disposal
