My only trigger food is Coca-Cola, specifically vanilla or orange vanilla. Does anyone else have any oddly specific trigger foods?

Try clear American orange cream.
Fatty meat (not bacon tho?) Oddly enough I feel like acidic stuff, specifically sour foods, help reduce my nausea symptoms

Only the usuals trigger mine: tomato sauces, spicy food, etc. Though lately I feel like everything triggers it because I can't sleep without medication because I can feel the acid in my throat. š„

@Aeiouna ive woken up a couple times with acid in my mouth š
@arson_thy_gay It is the WORST feeling
Tomato sauce gets me every time. Not tomatoes just tomato sauce
I don't know why, but ginger gives me heartburn. This sucks because my main GERD symptom is nausea but peppermint and ginger will upset my stomach more.
I have a few of the normal ones like overly spicy or acidic foods, but it seems like chickpeas tend to bother me.
My trigger food is BBQ sauce
