Im so sorry, i had this happen twice , its horrible feeling. I cried for days, still have bad memories of the events. Here is the upside. Really think about what you WANT , maybe this is an opportunity. Write down what you loved about your job, what you would change and what your ideal job is. Focus on what you can control.
