I do a lot and I find the best thing to do is to just take a minute and ground myself then watch a YouTube video and get cozy or whatever is comforting to you and it helps to get me out if my head.

Absolutely. I have done this most of my life, even long before I was diagnosed with my mental issues. I was always told I had an active imagination but it went way beyond that because I would get totally lost in my fantasy realm. I have had to learn to tone it back a lot, but still find myself doing it now and then. It can be scary at times not being able to snap out of it easily, and I always have the underlying fear of getting lost completely

Sometimes I go into and I sometimes act like I'm in a a show so sometimes I act like I'm in show

@lonelywolf I almost always act like I'm the main character of a show or something - I don't mean narcissisticly, but just generally. It weirdly helps me with my anxiety because I'm too busy focusing on how I look than how the people around me may feel or something lol

I do, sometimes it's scary and sometimes it's just odd.. All depends where I am I guess! Wanna talk about some of your encounters with thoughts? I wouldn't mind listening ^^
