Dealing with Joint Pain: Seeking Advice

Yes very often, especially in my knees. My body had taken a lot over the years even though I'm not even 18 yet, I've played volleyball for about 7 years now and developed costochondritis during the past season (not sure if sports contributed to that), also I've been totally brutal on my knees for probably 6 years out of the 7 (when I stopped being scared of diving for the ball haha)

Yes but even though I’m only 25 I likely have significant joint damage maybe even early stages of arthritis from 16 years of gymnastics 8 of those years at the competitive level
