I'm in a rant mood. After divorce, life is very different and confusing. I often find myself completely lost and not knowing what to do with myself or the many useless insecurities in my mind seemingly take over. resistance to this mentality is very difficult to deal with and manage. I am fighting as hard as I can to not fall into depression but it's not easy.

My husband left me a year ago. If I hadn't had therapy and God, I have no idea how I would have made it this far. I do still have moments where I recognize that he and I balanced each other out and I'm flailing in some areas. But I'm working through it and taking it day by day. It's slowly getting easier, but definitely have a lot of work cut out for me trying to stay balanced.
I don't feel like I would have been able to make it through it if I hadn't had someone professional to talk to. It's definitely helped me.
