I've been on birth control for 7 years and I never got my period while on birth control. I recently got off birth control in may 2022 and I've gotten my period every month but very irregular some are 4 days long others are 7 days long and it's really heavy bleeding the first couple of days. Last I had sex (protected) was March 2022. and all test are negative. I've also lost 25ish pounds and not eating regularly. help? also I've had blood test back in may of 2022 and all levels were normal.
