Besides prescription meds and cannabis: I have found my top aids for nausea are peppermint tea, ginger, vicks, peppermint essential oils or other, and ice packs on my wrists and back of neck OR all of the above lol! :) good luck ā¤ļø

Mint tea was my go to when i couldnt do anything else, mint natural relaxes stomach muscles so it helps with nausea. But it can cause some acid reflux potentially. Ginger is also good!

Things that help me are -a cold towel on my head or back of neck -the smell of peppermint -plain crackers if I feel like I can eat anything I hope you find something that works for you!

Iā€™ll usually lay down on the ground or as low to the ground as I can get, cold tile helps me a lot, with a heating pad on my stomach and chest and an ice pack on my head. If youā€™re asking about medications, then I have no idea sorry

I take ginger root every day for my nausea and holy crapoli it's like magic. I'm way less likely to get nauseous and when I do, it's less severe. Ondansetron also helps a lot when it's too much, but that's more of an as needed thing and does nothing for preventing the nausea.

I got a prescription for ondansetron, to be honest I use MJ for most of my nausea but these little tablets have become a complete life saver, would highly recommend looking into it

Iā€™m one of those people! I prefer marijuana over any nausea medication because they do NOT work.. but marijuana does! šŸ¤£

@JustRachelle I agree! But unfortunately some people, like myself, are unlucky enough to develop CHS, to which the only real cure is to stop marijuana consumption altogether, then at that point itā€™s sobriety that helps with nausea šŸ˜‚

I smoke grass daily. My dr told me that marijuana makes nausea worse in the long run, and itā€™s true. I feel so much better when i donā€™t smoke (even though everyone is convinced that itā€™s a cure all for nausea). I would definitely try to go without it. Dissolvable Zofran, and Seabands have really helped me. also propping my head up when i lay down.

GINGER! I keep ginger candy on hand and ginger gum/mints. It is one of the only things that helps my nausea
