I've had an early experience with this disorder. I was born without the ability to control my muscles. But I received therapy to help
I've had "abnormal" movement behaviors from a toddler. Since I was a child I'd Rock myself to sleep. I still do that. I used to rock in public but I realized that it wasn't "normal" so I try to control it unless I'm doing it subconsciously.
