hey guys i just want your thoughts on this. So for the past 4ish days i believe i have been in a weird āepisodeā of bipolar? i thought it was manic but my psychiatrist said it wasnāt. I wake up so mad, im randomly super hyper and happy for awhile and then next thing you know iām irritable and crying at everything.. and i mean i get really mean. and cry at anything. i feel so depressed then happy. i cant sleep, i donāt know whatās going on and if anyone has any thoughts on it? thanks š«¶
I would say, from experience, it is definitely some kind of bipolar episode. š I'm here if you need to talk through anything! š¤
I've been dealing with some of the same issues lately. I'll wake up depressed and annoyed with life and then when I get to work I'm better and happy and energetic and as soon as I leave the lethargy and irritability comes back, followed by depression.
I've been off my meds for a few years and I'm debating starting them again. You're not alone in this š
