Struggling with Mental Health as a Mother of 5

I'm a mother from Cleveland Ohio of 5 (boys 26 disabled graduated,18 graduated,12 disabled; girls 22 disabled graduated,10) Nana of 1 5 yr old boy disabled in my custody. I myself have never smoked anything cigarette blunt Black and Mild weed nothing, I have never did no type of drugs, I don't have any type of diseases, and I don't drink except for my birthday. I have been dealing with mental physical emotional sexual issues all of my life and I'm basically getting tired; but my heart nor God will let me stop from achieving my goals which are raising my children getting more education and trying to start my own small business. I am a loner which means I take care of my business and my family and don't be in the streets in other people's business so basically I don't deal with drama.
