Tips for Treating Pseudoseizures?

I'm currently undiagnosed with psedoseizures included. I've had chronic migraines longer that can be affected my mood. I've stayed away from current events which can be stressful, and just learned how to control my emotions to the very extremes. I'd be interested in talking to you since I've spent almost 6 years undiagnosed because of being young with mental illnesses. I'm curious about your experience.

Honestly I get super disoriented and can’t even remember sometimes that I have seizures. And my doctors all don’t care so idk what to even suggest. I try and stay calm and my partners help a lot
