i get this all the time like an uneasy feeling in my stomach and it’s horrible, i really do think it stems from anxiety. i find breathing exercises and focusing on something else can help.

I was able to get on Omeprazole for nausea and I take it every morning! Ive been on it for around 3 ish weeks and its been amazing, only one round of nausea compared to multiple a day. I would def recommend it!!

Try some morning sickness lozenges, sometimes they help! I deal with the same thing sometimes though, I’m so sorry

I know the feeling! It's exhausting, and I usually get like this when my anxiety flares up. I use meditation apps to help me focus on something else. Breathing exercises help, and I listen to music too to help my brain focus on something else. It helps me when I am particularly stressed.
