I'm trying to figure out why my stomach starts to have a gnawing sensation just 2-3 hours after meals. it improves with eating, and did not improve with antacids or PPIs. Not sure if I'm just hungry or need to consider an EGD?

It could be an ulcer. I have gotten them before. Try eating a banana once a day. I found those to really help heal them. Also eating less acidic foods helped. When I get them, I eat smaller meals and snacks throughout the day. Hope you feel better.
